Our Story:
I availed a manila ocean adventure experience via a metrodeal package. It is worth 799 per head - it includes 10 attractions to enjoy inside the facilitiy, each got a schedule to follow, so you must plan wisely what to see first.
As we got there, we went straight to the ticket booth to avail our passes - there is a special booth for the metrodeal vouchers. I think using vouchers is a good idea, because it will save you money.
After getting our passes we proceed inside. Not sure on how would I describe it.. it is an attraction/mall/hotel - the way I see it. You can see many attractions, take photos, take part on activities, eat and shop in one place.
Our first stop is... eating! We look for a place to eat but could not really find a good one and we do not have the time to be picky, so we decided to just dine and have our lunch in one of the stalls - I forgot the name. We sat on the balcony with the view of the manila bay.
The food is not so good. Anyway if you explore more you will see other diners and food courts, they also have a buffet service. After filling our hungry souls we proceed into the fun part!

Our first stop is a bird show, they show birds doing really cool tricks and there's an eagle flying around. It was really nice and fun to watch - only we were far from the stage.
Birds of Prey Kingdom
This is a huge cage for the Brahminy Kites (Haliastur indus), it looks like an open area but it has nets above to prevent the birds from flying away. Its fun because you see them everywhere and when you are lucky they will stand so close to humans with no issues. Just watch out for bird poopy.
Birds of Prey Kingdom
Also there is something I did not like in this place. It is awesome above but it was disgusting from below. Below the bridge is dirty water. Very dirty water.
An animated projector show of a talking penguin that tackles animal care and protections and it jokes too which is really fun. It talks to the audience like it sees the people, it is very interactive. Only it did not talk to me.
Jelly fishes in tanks of water with a glow light effect.. very very amazing to watch. I like it.
Again we were far away from the stage. The show is fun but I like the ocean adventure sea lion show more.
This is such a thrilling experience touching stingrays and sharks! Only I expected it will be a great white shark yet its not but that's fine. The texture of the skin is really interesting - its more of a rough texture than slippery. And there's different stingrays swimming in the pool and its texture is different from the other.
You cannot do the touching on your own, there is a person that allows you to touch the stingrays and shark.
Oceanarium
Outside the main oceanarium there is an area with a lot of aquariums that has different sea creatures in it. It was fun looking on each aquariums.
Going inside the area greets more different aquariums with different fishes on it. really cool.
Then here comes the main Oceanarium, Asia's largest underwater viewing tunnel, is a stunning display of marine life in the ocean depths. It was awesome. many fishes indeed. Only it was short. very short, we took a short walk exploring it and that's the end of it. I expected a long tunnel.
Fish spa is not part of the tour package, we paid 120 per head. You can get this tickling experience for 30mins. They use doctor fishes that eats the dead cells on your feet.
It was fun and tickling but it also hurts at some point because there are big doctor fishes that are biting really hard.
We first went on the snow village. here they provide you a jacket to protect you from getting cold inside the room. It is amazing but very slippery and its more on ice than snow.
then we went to where the penguins are, I saw someone getting close to them and feed them. I wanted to try that too but they said that the attraction is already close for guests :(
Yexel's Museum
Display of many badass toys from yexel's collections. Im not a fan of boys toys but its pretty cool, specially this collections of minions!!
I like this room set up with the camera trick, only many people are taking photos here and none of them wants to step back.
There's more to see and more to enjoy, but we did not have the time and the energy.

Symphony Evening Show
The show starts at 6pm, its best to go there before 6 so you can get the best seat for the best view. The show was amazing and magical, I enjoyed it!!
I was trying to take a photo or video of it but Mew said, drop the phone and enjoy it. I did and its so awesome! We then observe the people watching it. Trying to capture the moment on the phone and missing out the real beauty in front of them - sad.
The fun is done! we are now ready to get home and chill.. but.. how do we get home?? gosh, it wasn't easy as getting in. There were taxi but they want to make a deal like paying 400pesos and they even ignore and rejects some people needing a ride. A thing we hate in manila.
We asked on how and where can we take a bus going home, they instructed us to wait beside the Luneta for a jeepney and ask if it will pass on the bus terminal. We were standing there for 30mins and it was very uncomfortable, thinking that snatchers might target us. but we got home safely which is nice but very stressful. Sorry but we really do not enjoy walking and being in manila.
